Stupid, stupid, stupid

Well folks, Bank of America takes the cake for poor customer service. Basically, a guy walks into BOA with a check he is worried might be fraudulent. The teller tells him everything looks in order and cashes it for him. Then she shows the check to the manager who has the customer arrested for fraud, even though he was just the fraud victim! Then the refused to pay for his legal expenses. So people are closing their BOA accounts in protest. If you have a BOA account, there's no time like today to close it.
