Yes, I realize that St. Patrick's day was over a week ago. I've just been really slow about getting this post written.
I thought you'd enjoy seeing this picture of Geoff piping at the Palouse St. Patrick's day parade. (Scottish? Irish? No one really seemed to care, but everyone did enjoy hearing the piping.)
It was a pretty small parade--just the pipers and then a bunch of people and their dogs dressed in green. But it was an even smaller audience. I'm serious. I'm pretty sure the parade participants outnumbered the audience by quiet a bit. It was still fun though. As you can see from the picture it was a gorgeous day.
Since then the weather hasn't been as nice. Oh well, that's pretty typical for March around here (and April, and sometimes even May).
