Listen to what Norm says about safety glasses

You may be wondering why I posted a close-up of Geoff on our blog. Because he's so darn good looking. ;) But seriously, if you look closely you'll notice that his pupils are not the same. He had to have his left eye dilated to remove an itty bitty wood chip that had gotten embedded in his eye. The eye doctor didn't give him the reversing drops to undo the dilation (wanted to keep the eye nice and relaxed). Did you know that it takes those drops about two days to wear off? We didn't either.

Geoff is usually pretty good at remembering to wear safety glasses/goggles, so he's not quite sure how the wood chip got in his eye. But now he's threatening to wear goggles all the time, even when he's not in the workshop.
